What comes out of the oven
All pastries and baked goods are made here in-house. They are first come, first served, and the case rotates. Call the shop at (615) 462-5638 for what is out today.

Hojaldre
A whole line of croissants, savory sandwiches and sweet pastries, laminated and rolled here in the shop.

Conchas
A sweet Mexican bread traditionally dipped in hot chocolate or coffee, with a modern twist.

Pasta Choux
The classic French dough: Paris Brests, eclairs, even sandwiches.

Donas
Hand rolled and hand cut every morning, available individually or by the dozen.
La concha
The scored shell on top is where the concha gets its name and its shape. That pattern runs through this whole page. Four of them are on the board right now.
